*The last year was held (2024), there were 40 full registrations two months before the deadline. Early application is recommended.
*If applications are received after the maximum number has been reached, a waiting list will be established.
*If the total number of applicants does not reach 10, the event may be cancelled.
The participation fee includes accommodation, meals, certificate of completion, textbook production, recreation, venue rental, and transportation to the contest venue on the last day (Mobara Station to Tokyo Station).
However, participants are responsible for their own transportation from their homes to the accommodation (Mobara Station on the JR Sotobo Line).
Cancellation Policy
If a participant cancels the summer school just prior to the start of the summer school, we will charge a cancellation fee of each percent of the participation fee as follows. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to the participants, but in order to provide quality service, we need to secure the use of the facilities we have reserved and the personnel costs of our staff. Thank you for your understanding.

4 weeks prior to the check-in date (from July 1): 30%.
3 weeks before (from 7/8) 40%.
2 weeks before (from 7/15) 50%.
1 week prior to the reservation date (from 7/21): 100%.
100% on the day of cancellation without notice
Participants will be responsible for any handling fees for the transfer of the participation fee and the refund of the participation fee from our organization. In case of cancellation, the fee will be refunded after deducting the handling fee from the amount stipulated in the cancellation policy.

Tuition fee: 99,000 Yen(included Tax.) The final day of the business contest will be held at Global Business Hub Tokyo, which will be moved from Chosei-gun, Chiba Prefecture to Otemachi, Tokyo. The location is in the center of the city, making it easy to access after the event.
The space where the contest will be held is a sophisticated environment with large windows overlooking Otemachi. You will be able to present your business plan that you have worked hard on for 4 days in a high-spec environment.
After the contest, a networking event will be held in a separate room at the same venue. Relax and network to expand your life options.

After graduating from high school in the U.S.A., Mr. Kato went on to graduate from the Kansas City University of Art and Design with a degree in Industrial Design. After graduation, she returned to Japan and worked as an incubation manager (IM) for the past 10 years at the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan (SMEs) and Tokyo Metropolitan Small Business Corporation (SMBC). He has been a NEDO project catalyst since 2016. He is a director of KAPION Inc. and a board member and co-chairman of KAPION Education Inc.

The GTE Summer School, which has been running since 2015, is back after a three-year absence. About 150 students have participated so far, and those who have completed the program are now learning to improve their future not only in Japan but also in the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Vietnam, Kenya, and other countries around the world.

After completing the Graduate School of Commerce at Waseda University, he joined Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. where he was involved in IT projects in India and served as a leader of an all-Indian team. He is an Information Technology Engineer and IT Strategist.
